Determination of compliance of motor vehicles. (1) The Environmental Quality Commission shall establish and maintain procedures and programs for determining whether motor vehicles meet the minimum requirements necessary to secure a certificate under ORS 815.310

(2) Such procedures and programs include, but are not limited to, the installation of a certified system and the adjustment, tune-up, or other mechanical work performed on the motor vehicle in accordance with the requirements of the commission. [Formerly 468.395]
