Annual report to state agencies and local governments on shipment of radioactive wastes. Annually, the Director of the State Department of Energy shall report to interested state agencies and all local government agencies trained under ORS 469.611 on shipment of radioactive material made during the preceding year. The director’s report shall include

(1) The type and quantity of material transported;

(2) Any mode of transportation used;

(3) The route or routes taken; and
