Annual report to Governor and legislature. Pacific Northwest Electric Power and Conservation Planning Council members shall prepare a report which shall be presented to the Governor and to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Legislative Assembly on October 1 of each year. The report shall include a review of the council’s actions during the prior year. [1981 c.49 §10]
