Purchases by Indian tribe. Notwithstanding ORS 471.175, an Indian tribe that holds a full on-premises sales license may purchase distilled liquor for sale by the drink within Indian country directly from the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission at a price negotiated by the Indian tribe and the commission. As used in this section, “Indian country” has the meaning given that term in 18 U.S.C. 1151. [2021 c.180 §2]
