Election of committee chairperson. (1) The Emergency Fire Cost Committee shall meet and elect one of its members as chairperson

(2) Whenever the office of chairperson of the committee becomes vacant, the committee at its next regular or special meeting shall elect one of its members to fill the vacancy. [Formerly 527.288; 2025 c.581 §21]
