District may levy taxes for purposes of ORS 478.335 to 478.370. Expenses incurred by a district in establishing programs or providing benefits authorized by ORS 478.335 to 478.370 are expenses for which a district may levy taxes as provided by ORS 478.410. [1963 c.366 §8]
