Compensation for damage done by bear and cougar not to be paid from State Wildlife Fund. If the State Department of Fish and Wildlife is required to pay compensation for damage activities of bear and cougar to people, real property, livestock, or agricultural or forest products, the compensation, and any attorney fees, shall not be paid from the State Wildlife Fund, but shall be paid from such other moneys as shall be available therefor.
