District attorneys to prosecute criminal cases; jurisdiction of courts. (1) Upon information or complaint of the State Fish and Wildlife Commission or any person authorized to enforce the wildlife laws, district attorneys shall prosecute every criminal case in which it appears that there has been a violation of the wildlife laws or any rule promulgated pursuant thereto
