Investigatory power of commission over outdoor clubs required to be licensed. The State Fish and Wildlife Commission may cause to be investigated, to such extent as the commission considers appropriate, the activities and operations of an outdoor club for which a license to operate has been received, previously granted or previously denied. The commission’s power to investigate includes, but is not limited to

(1) Contracting for investigative services with, and receiving information and recommendations from, any other agency or political subdivision of this state, another state or of the United States.

(2) Making on-site inspections of all lands upon which outdoor club activities are to be conducted. [1973 c.749 §8]
