Deschutes River Wildlife Refuge. There is created a wildlife refuge within the area that includes any island or sandbar along or in the Deschutes River from the Columbia River to a point one-half mile south of the Oregon Trail highway bridge where it crosses the Deschutes River. [Formerly 498.210]
