Disposition of receipts. All moneys collected under ORS 527.335 and 527.346, together with such moneys as have been and may be appropriated by the legislature for the purposes of ORS 527.310 to 527.370, and with such moneys as may be contributed by the federal government or any agencies or persons, shall be placed into the State Forestry Department Account.
