Disposition of funds collected under ORS 540.100 to 540.130 and 540.220. Any moneys collected under ORS 540.100 to 540.130 and 540.220 shall be paid to the Water Resources Director and deposited by the director in a revolving fund to be disbursed for the purpose for which it was collected.
