Project applications; preference for approval. Of the applications filed under ORS 541.705 for assistance in constructing a water development project for municipal use, the Water Resources Commission shall give preference for approval to those projects required to be undertaken as a result of a proceeding under ORS 222.840 to 222.915 or 431.705 to 431.760 to alleviate conditions constituting a danger to public health.
