Disposition of moneys collected. Except as provided in ORS 536.015, all moneys collected under the provisions of ORS 543.010 to 543.610 shall forthwith be paid to the State Treasurer and become a part of the General Fund. [Amended by 1985 c.674 §10; 1991 c.869 §10]
