Enjoining violations of law. In addition to the other remedies provided by law, the State Department of Agriculture may apply to the circuit court for, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon a summary hearing and for cause shown to grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provision of a law under the jurisdiction of the department.
