Rules; dispute resolution services. (1) The Director of Agriculture may adopt rules for the administration and enforcement of ORS 576.780 to 576.809

(2) The director may make mediation services available through the State Department of Agriculture for the resolution of seed production contract disputes and seed purchase contract disputes. [2018 c.26 §10]
