Authority of regulatory board to establish rules affecting professional corporation. Except as otherwise provided by law, the regulatory board applicable to each professional service rendered by a professional corporation may establish rules and regulations affecting the corporation and its officers, directors and shareholders that are in addition to the provisions of this chapter.
