Establishment of standard grades for commodities received. (1) The State Department of Agriculture shall fix and establish standard grades to apply to all grain received for shipment or storage by public warehouses in this state. The department may establish standard grades for forage products, including but not limited to straw and hay and for other agricultural commodities received for shipment or storage at such warehouses
