Warehouseman’s reports to department. Each warehouseman shall report information to the State Department of Agriculture at such times and as may be required by the department for the necessary enforcement and supervision of a sound, reasonable and efficient warehouse inspection program for the protection of depositors of grain and for persons or agencies who lend money against such grains.
