Weighing, sampling and testing fluid milk. Distributors, producer-distributors, dairy products plant licensees and all other purchasers of milk from producers shall weigh, sample and test fluid milk purchased by them from producers in the same manner as milk and cream are weighed, sampled and tested under ORS 621.096.
