Restrictions on serving colored butter substitute in public eating place. (1) In any public eating place serving meals for compensation at which a butter substitute colored to imitate butter is served, the owner or manager shall cause the butter substitute to be served

(a) In triangular pats or triangular bricks; or

(b) On a parchment paper that is clearly marked or labeled with the words “margarine” or “butter substitute.”
