Abating or enjoining violations of ORS 624.310 to 624.430. Any commissary, mobile unit or vending machine operated contrary to the provisions of ORS 624.310 to 624.430 is a public nuisance and dangerous to health and may be abated or enjoined in the manner provided by law. [1963 c.575 §14]
