Requirements for mediation related to claims or allegations of unlawful conduct as described under ORS 659A.370. For purposes of mediation related to claims or allegations of the unlawful conduct described under ORS 659A.370 (1)(a) and (b), a mediator in the mediation shall provide a person who is a party to the mediation and who is not represented by an attorney with a copy of the model procedures and policies made available by the Bureau of Labor and Industries under ORS 659A.375.
