Additional duties. (1) The OregonServes Commission shall act in all respects as the successor to both the Oregon Volunteers Commission for Voluntary Action and Service and the Oregon Commission for National and Community Service formed in response to the National and Community Service Trust Act of 1993

(2) The OregonServes Commission shall act at all times in compliance with the requirements imposed upon a state commission by the National and Community Service Trust Act of 1993 in effect on January 1, 2006. [Formerly 458.570]
