Record of testimony at hearings. The testimony taken at the hearing shall be reduced to writing and filed with the Employment Relations Board. Thereafter, in its discretion, the board on notice may take further testimony or hear argument, which shall similarly be reduced to writing. [1971 c.729 §22]
