Compilation of laws and rules; availability. The Oregon Board of Accountancy shall produce, at least biennially, a compilation of ORS 673.010 to 673.465 and rules of the board. A copy of the compilation shall be made available to all Oregon licensees under ORS 673.010 to 673.465 in the manner the board considers most cost-effective.
