Definition of “health professional regulatory board.” For purposes of ORS 676.110, 676.115, 676.120 and 676.130, “health professional regulatory board” means a health professional regulatory board, as defined in ORS 676.160, the Long Term Care Administrators Board, the Board of Licensed Dietitians and the Behavior Analysis Regulatory Board.
