Discipline. In the manner prescribed in ORS chapter 183 for contested cases, the Health Licensing Office may impose a form of discipline against a temporary staffing agency authorized under ORS 676.698 for a violation of ORS 676.698, 676.704 or 676.707 or a rule adopted under ORS 676.695 to 676.725.
