Enforcement and inspections. The section manager of the Radiation Protection Services Section of the Oregon Health Authority shall enforce the provisions of ORS 688.405 to 688.605. The section manager, or a designee of the Board of Medical Imaging, shall conduct, under the direction of the board, inspections in furtherance of the purposes of ORS 688.405 to 688.605.
