Officers; quorum; meetings. (1) The Board of Athletic Trainers shall elect one of its members as chairperson and another as vice chairperson, for such terms and with duties and powers necessary for the performance of the functions of those offices as the board determines

(2) A majority of the members of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.

(3) The Board of Athletic Trainers shall meet at least once each year at a time and place determined by the Health Licensing Office. [1999 c.736 §3; 2005 c.648 §16; 2013 c.568 §63]
