Solar heating and cooling system installers; rules; fees. The State Plumbing Board, by rule, shall establish a solar heating and cooling system installer license. The board may impose appropriate fees for applications, examinations and issuance or renewal of an installer license. [2001 c.683 §23; 2005 c.758 §51]
