Obligations secured by shipping documents. In addition to obligations permitted under ORS 708A.295, an Oregon commercial bank may make loans to or acquire other obligations of a person without regard to amount, provided the obligations are fully secured by shipping documents conveying or securing title to goods or commodities in process of shipment.
