Written policies regarding reporting to and obtaining approval of board; duty to report. Institutions shall develop written policies regarding the types of matters that shall be reported to and approved by the institution’s board of directors. An officer, director or employee of an institution shall not conceal from or fail to report to the board of directors of the institution any such matter. [1997 c.631 §198]
