Insurer offer of crash part warranty. Any insurer which offers a motor vehicle insurance policy that provides coverage for repair of the vehicle shall make available to its insured a crash part warranty for crash parts not made by the original equipment manufacturer as described in ORS 746.292 when the insured requests one.
