Definitions for ORS 750.301 to 750.341. As used in ORS 750.301 to 750.341, “multiple employer welfare arrangement” has the meaning given that term in section 3 of the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended, 29 U.S.C. 1002. [1993 c.615 §2]
