Report to Legislative Assembly on public purpose expenditures; independent nongovernmental entity to prepare report; report on low-income bill assistance. (1) The Public Utility Commission and the State Department of Energy jointly shall select an independent nongovernmental entity to prepare a biennial report to the Legislative Assembly describing program spending and results for public purpose requirements undertaken pursuant to ORS 757.612

(2) The Housing and Community Services Department shall prepare a biennial report to the Legislative Assembly describing program spending and needs for low-income bill assistance. [1999 c.865 §3a; 2021 c.547 §24]
