Bonds as obligations of political subdivision. Revenue bonds including refunding revenue bonds issued under ORS 778.145 to 778.175 shall be considered to be bonds or obligations of a political subdivision of the State of Oregon for the purposes of all laws of the state. [1971 c.546 §7]
