Disposition of fees collected for certain permits. Fees collected by the Department of Transportation from a person issued a vehicle dealer certificate under ORS 822.020 for recreational vehicle trip permits described in ORS 803.600 shall be transferred to the State Parks and Recreation Department Fund established by ORS 390.134 and are continuously appropriated to the State Parks and Recreation Department for the purposes specified in ORS 390.134.
