Annual proof of qualification for farm vehicle registration. The owner of a vehicle or combination that has four or more axles and that is registered as a farm vehicle under ORS 805.300 or has a farm device issued pursuant to ORS 805.400 shall annually show to the satisfaction of the Department of Transportation that the owner meets the qualifications of ORS 805.320.
