Department of Transportation data; admission into evidence in prosecution. A court shall, at the request of a party to a prosecution for driving while suspended or revoked in violation of ORS 811.175 or 811.182, admit into evidence data prepared or recorded by the Department of Transportation that details the suspension of a person’s driving privileges.
