Safety campaign for use of headlights. The Department of Transportation shall conduct a safety campaign to educate people about the advantages of using headlights in fog or rain or when driving on a single lane highway. The campaign shall include, but need not be limited to, encouraging people to drive with headlights on under the specified conditions. [1997 c.464 §1]
