Railroads to provide first aid training for employees. (1) Every railroad operating in this state shall provide to any employee who is an engineer, conductor or yard foreman a first aid training course that conforms to standards at least equivalent to the American Red Cross eight-hour first aid training course and cardiopulmonary resuscitation course
