Use of amounts not paid to class members in class action lawsuits. All amounts paid or delivered to the Oregon State Bar under ORCP 32 O are continuously appropriated to the Oregon State Bar, and may be used only for the funding of legal services provided through the Legal Services Program established under ORS 9.572.
