Authority to review replats. (1) Each agency or body authorized to approve subdivision or partition plats under ORS 92.040 shall have the same review and approval authority over any proposed replat of a recorded plat

(2) Nothing in this section regarding replatting shall be construed to allow subdividing or partitioning of land without complying with all the applicable provisions of this chapter. [1985 c.369 §2; 1991 c.763 §18]
