Execution of deed where personal representative, guardian or conservator is unable or refuses to act. If any person is entitled to a deed from a personal representative, guardian or conservator who has died or resigned, has been discharged, disqualified or removed or refuses to execute it, the deed may be executed by the judge before whom the proceeding is pending or by the successor of the judge.
