Rulemaking authority. The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may adopt rules that are necessary or appropriate to

(1) Protect purchasers of prearrangement sales contracts and preconstruction sales contracts and the public; and

(2) Administer ORS 97.923 to 97.949. [2007 c.661 §25]
