Oregon Health Authority to provide laboratory examination; rules

The Oregon Health Authority shall provide the necessary laboratory examinations requested by local health departments for the diagnosis of those communicable diseases identified by rule of the authority to be a reportable disease. [1987 c.600 §7; 2009 c.595 §629]
