Tax levy to finance programs under ORS 450.947 to 450.977

Expenses incurred by a district in establishing programs or providing benefits authorized by ORS 450.947 to 450.977 are expenses for which an authority may levy taxes as provided in ORS 450.885. [1973 c.399 §7]
