Transactions exempt from ORS 711.220 to 711.235

In a transaction where a purchasing insured institution assumes or agrees to pay all the liabilities of a liquidating institution, ORS 711.220 to 711.235 do not apply. [1973 c.797 §239; 1997 c.631 §239]
