ORS 341.300 Traffic control; conditions on parking privileges; rules; penalty. (1) The board may adopt such regulations as it considers necessary to provide for the policing, control and regulations of traffic and parking of vehicles on property under the jurisdiction of the board. Such regulations may provide for the registration of vehicles, the designation and posting of parking areas, and the assessment and collection of reasonable fees and charges for parking and shall be filed in the board business office on the campus and shall be available for public inspection. Notwithstanding any other statutory provisions, any board of education of a community college district by resolution may establish a reserve fund by making transfers from the district’s general fund. Transfers to the reserve fund shall be included in the district budget prepared and published in accordance with ORS 294.305 to 294.565. If at any time conditions arise which dispense with the necessity for further transfers to or expenditures from a fund established pursuant to this section, the district board shall so declare by resolution.
